Automated collection from a vendor portal, processed the data, and produced reporting through a lightweight web front end. Replaced manual downloads, spreadsheet handling, screenshotting, and agent handoffs.

Bulk invoice PDFs were being handled manually before they could move into accounting. I built a local automation tool that watches a folder, separates each invoice into its own PDF, and produces a clear processing report for review.

The workflow saves time by removing repetitive page-by-page sorting, reduces missed or duplicated invoices, and gives staff a predictable dropzone process they can use without opening a technical tool.
